Performance Industrial Solutions Refund & Return Policy
Our goal is to provide an easy, hassle-free positive shopping experience for all of our clients. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund. Please review our refund policy to ensure a painless return process. Any additional requests for information can be forwarded to our office for consideration:
Refunds and Exchanges
- If any of our products are damaged in shipment, we will accept returns and issue a refund to replace damaged goods.
- All refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving an item.
- Special order products are non-refundable.
- Shipping costs are not refundable & return-shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the client.
- All return requests for orders older than 30 days will not be honoured.
- Exchanges will only be honoured if the item is in its original packaging and will be inspected on arrival.
- Product exchanges are also limited to our 30 day policy.
- If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us .
Credit for products
- Credit will only be issued once the returned product(s) have been received , unopened and inspected to ensure that the product is in good condition.
- We do not have an option for an in store credit toward future purchases. All credits will be issued directly back to your method of payment.
- Depending on your institution, this process may take up to 14 days.
- We reserve the right to inspect, or have our staff inspect, all returns before issuing a credit.
- After completing an inspection of all our products that have been returned, if we feel as though the products are not in good re-marketable condition with all the original components and documents, we may deduct a restocking fee for up to 50% of the purchase price or return the item.
- We reserve the right to refuse a credit for any item that we feel has been abused.
Warranty Policy
- Every product listed on our website includes a manufactures warranty.
- You may contact our office for information on how to obtain warranty documentation.
- We may even help you submit your claim to the manufacturer.
- If you are returning your merchandise as part of a warranty claim and we find the item may be eligible, Performance industrial Solutions will make a request directly to the manufacturer on your behalf at no cost to you.
- In all other such cases, it is up to our clients to contact the manufacturer of the defective item directly.
